Missing Items

    I have just returned to the game after a year or so. Upon return my Family inventory is missing and my items that were in it are all gone as well. I have the infinite HP and MP potions... I would like to know how I can get these returned to me. I was able to get the Family inventory back by purchasing the expansions but the items are not there.
